Short Bio

Fabian Oboril received his Diplom (Dipl.-Math. techn.) in Technomathematics and Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) Germany in 2010 and 2015, respectively. His dissertation addresses the reliability challenge of accelerated transistor aging in nanoscale technology nodes.
