FPGA for data acquisition


In hardware simulations, it is extremely time-consuming to simulate large designs for millions of clock-cycles. An alternative solution is to utilize FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays) to generate the required simulation data achieving very high speed-up. In this project, we build open-source processors on FPGAs, probe and capture required signal data to a host PC in an industry-supported format.
You may need to know any programming or scripting language. Knowledge of a hardware description language (Verilog/VHDL) is recommended)
